    Otterbein Granville is a Continuing Care Retirement Community situated on 94 beautiful acres 1 mile south west of downtown Granville. The community is an OH 501(c) 3 not-for-profit corporation. The Resident-driven lifestyle is active, engaged, interesting, and fun. The community has 135 Independent Living residences (apartments, cottages and villas); a community center including indoor pool, library, fitness center, art studio, wood working shop, fine dining and more; and a health center with both assisted living and nursing care. We make space for the gregarious and the contemplative. Residents can be as active or as quiet as they prefer, because there is no one right way to live!
